    • – ช่วยเหลือด้านการจัดตั้งโรงงานและสถานประกอบการ
    • – ช่วยเหลือด้านการประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐ
    • – ช่วยเหลือการจัดทำ BOI
    • – ช่วยเหลือด้าน inter law
    • – ช่วยเหลือด้านการสื่อสารประชาสัมพันธ์
    • – ช่วยเหลือสังคมผ่านกิจกรรม CSR
    • • ส่งเริมความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างวิสาหกิจผู้ค้า ระหว่าง ประเทศไทยและจีน
    • • ส่งเสริมสนับสนุนให้ความร่วมมือแลกเปลี่ยนวัฒนธรรม กิจกรรมกีฬา รวมทั้งในด้านธุรกิจ การเงิน การค้า การลงทุน ที่เกี่ยวข้องกันของประเทศไทยและจีน
    • • สนับสนุนและช่วยเหลือสมาชิก แก้ไขอุปสรรคข้อขัดข้องต่างๆ เพื่อประโยชน์ร่วมกันในการประกอบวิสาหกิจประเภทที่อยู่ในวัตถุประสงค์
    • • ทำการวิจัยเกี่ยวกับการประกอบวิสาหกิจประเภทที่อยู่ในวัตถุประสงค์ แลกเปลี่ยและเผยแพร่ความรู้ในทางวิชาการ รวมถึงข่าวสารการค้าอันเกี่ยวกับวิสาหกิจนั้นๆ
    • • รวมรวมสถิติหรือเอกสาร จากสมาชิกเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินวิสาหกิจประเภทที่อยู่ในวัตถุประสงค์ ทั้งนี้ด้วยความยินยอมของสมาชิก
    • • ส่งเสริมคุณภาพของสินค้าที่ผลิตหรือจำหน่ายโดยผู้ประกอบวิสาหกิจที่เป็นสมาชิก ให้เข้ามาตรฐาน ตลอดจนวิจัยและปรับปรุงวิธีการผลิตการค้าให้ได้ผลดียิ่งขึ้น
    • • ร่วมมือกับรัฐบาลในการส่งเสริมการค้า ให้อยู่ในมาตรฐานที่ดี อุตสาหกรรม การเงิน หรือธุรกิจอื่นใดในทางเศรษฐกิจอันใดอยู่ในวัตถุประสงค์ และสอดคล้องกับนโยบายของทางรายการ
    • • ส่งเสริมการผลิตเพื่อให้สินค้ามีปริมาณเพียงพอแก่ความต้องการของตลาดทั้งภายในและภายนอกประเทศ
    • • ทำคว่มตกลงหรือวางระเบียบให้สมาชิกปฏิบัติหรืองดเว้นปฏิบัติ เพื่อให้การประกอบวิสาหกิจที่อยู่ในวัตถุประสงค์ได้ดำเนินไปด้วยความเรียบร้อย
    • • ประนีประนอมข้อพิพาทระหว่างสมาชิก กับบุคคลภายนอกในการประกอบวิสาหกิจ
    • • ให้ความอนุเคราะห์แก่สมาชิกในด้านงานสวัสดิการที่ไม่ขัดกับบทบัญญัติในมาตรา 22 แห่ง พระราชบัญญัติสมาคมการค้า พ.ศ.2509
    • • ไม่ดำเนินการใดๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับการเมือง

Promote investment, finance, retail, wholesale, export, import businesses between Thailand and China

– Assist in business matching between Thailand and China
– Assist in setting up factories and establishments
– Assist in coordination with government agencies
– Assist in the preparation of the BOI
– Assist in inter-law
– Assist in public relations
– Assist in social media and CSR activities
• Promote relationships between trading enterprises between Thailand and China
• Promote and support cooperation in cultural exchanges, sports activities, and related businesses, finance, trade, and investment between Thailand and China
• Support and assist members in resolving various obstacles for mutual benefit in operating businesses of the types that are within the objectives
• Conduct research on operating businesses of the types that are within the objectives, exchange and disseminate academic knowledge, including trade news related to such enterprises
• Collect statistics or documents from members regarding the operation of businesses of the types that are within the objectives, with the consent of the members
• Promote the quality of products produced or distributed by member entrepreneurs to meet standards, as well as research and improve production and trade methods for better results
• Cooperate with the government in promoting trade to meet good standards, industries, finance, or any other economic businesses that are within the objectives and in line with the program’s policies
• Promote production to ensure that products are sufficient to meet domestic and international market demands
• Make agreements or set regulations for members to follow or refrain from following in order for the business operations within the objectives to proceed smoothly
• Mediate disputes between members and outsiders in the business operations
• Provide assistance to members in terms of welfare work that does not conflict with the provisions of Section 22 of the Trade Association Act B.E. 2509
• Do not perform any actions related to politics

• 在征得会员同意的情况下，向会员收集符合目标类型的业务运营统计数据或文件
• 促进会员企业家生产或分销的产品质量符合标准，并研究和改进生产和贸易方法以获得更好的结果
• 与政府合作，促进贸易达到良好的标准、产业、金融或任何其他符合目标并符合计划政策的经济业务
• 促进生产，确保产品足以满足国内外市场需求
• 制定协议或规定，让会员遵守或不遵守，以使目标范围内的业务运营顺利进行
• 调解会员与外部人员在经营活动中产生的纠纷
• 在与《行业协会法》第 22 条规定不相冲突的福利工作方面向会员提供援助。 2509
